Claus Jessen, known as Happy to his friends is the owner and proprietor of Happy’s Hog & Haven in Elgaard. He grew up in the farms on the outskirts of the city and work on the docks some when he was younger. Before settling down and opening a bar, Happy did some work with a group of adventurers in Tadrium. While they weren’t particularly famous or successful, it did give Happy a few stories to share with patrons of his establishment from time to time.
