Distribution: Widespread across Kor Sirok
Game Rules: Use standard Human ancestry rules

Humans are among the most widely distributed peoples of Kor Sirok. Human communities exist on several continents and within many mixed settlements, and no single surviving homeland, language, religion, or political tradition defines the ancestry as a whole. Their histories are intertwined with the states and regions in which they live.

Some of the best-documented human societies differ sharply from one another. Yarind in Auslura is primarily human and organized through a decentralized confederation of clans shaped by the continent’s rugged western coast, while Asnorland in the Skyre Islands was founded by human settlers from Yarind in 5671 SE and developed its own institutions and identity over the following millennia. Human populations are also common in Patoris, Aesala, and many cosmopolitan cities elsewhere in the world.

For most historical and cultural questions, a human person’s homeland, community, profession, faith, and political ties are more informative than ancestry alone. Human migrations have been frequent enough that communities with related ancestry may have little recent history in common.
