The Office of the Dawn is one of the operational sites used by the Wraith River Union in Arkrist. Its name refers to the title borne by the Union’s leader, the Dawn, rather than to a religious function.
The office includes private rooms where Union business can be conducted away from the public spaces used for ordinary meetings. Umtix Nimblefingers used the site when arranging sensitive work and information exchanges. The lower offices were private enough that a hired spellcaster could conduct a Speak with Dead ritual there during the search for Koriana Ipswitch.
