Kai Song Peak is the highest of the eleven major monastic peaks of the Kenai Mountains and the seat of the Leopard Song Order. The Djozanate surrounding the peak is the largest of the eleven, giving Leopard Song longstanding prestige among the otherwise independent orders of the mountains.
That prominence made Kai Song Peak an important center during the rise of the Grand Army of the Djozanates in the early 8750s SE. Yuen Lung, then Djozan of Leopard Song, fell under the magical influence of Dhuulan Havar, who used the order’s prestige to help draw the other Djozanates into an extraordinary unified military command. The arrangement collapsed after Dhuulan’s defeat in 8753 SE.
Kilyarnham Prison lies in the foothills east of Kai Song Peak within Leopard Song territory. The prison is administered for the wider Djozanates rather than serving only the order that surrounds it.
