The Hoot and Holler is a business in Arkrist established and supported by Flutter. It served both as a livelihood and as part of the information network she used to assist flightless Nyvaryn and others involved in resistance to Theryn political dominance.
Flutter continued funding the business while traveling away from Arkrist and entrusted day-to-day responsibilities to people she trusted, including Quill. After retiring from active adventuring, Flutter chose to make the Hoot and Holler more explicitly a haven and support point for oppressed Nyvaryn while also accepting leadership of the Wraith River Union.
