Umtix Nimblefingers was an important intermediary within the Wraith River Union during the organization’s crisis in 8793 SE. He handled sensitive contacts and information exchanges from Union facilities such as the Office of the Dawn, making him one of the people through whom outsiders could deal with the organization even when their interests did not fully align with its own.
After Guzzax was exposed as the leader of The Voiceless and killed while attempting to release Xumanon, the Union was left without its Dawn. Umtix offered the vacant title and leadership of the organization to Flutter. She initially declined, but later accepted after retiring from active adventuring. The surviving record establishes Umtix’s importance during that transition but does not define a formal rank or later office for him beyond his role as a trusted Union intermediary.
